We're an online-only shop based in Clinton, NJ. Our products ship directly from our wholesale partners across the country.

Do you have a physical store?
No — we're online only at nooksylooks.com. Everything ships straight to your door.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 US states.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by product — most orders arrive within 3–15 business days.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all US orders

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If something arrives damaged, broken, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a refund or replacement. Changed your mind? Reach out within 30 days and we'll do our best to help — and we never charge restocking fees.

Are your artificial plants okay outdoors?
Many of them are! Look for "UV-resistant" in the product description — our faux topiary trees, for example, are made for porches, gardens, and entryways. Indoor-only pieces will say so on the product page.

Are your rugs washable?
Several are — including our vintage-style washable rugs and faux sheepskin rugs. Check the product page for care instructions on the exact rug you're eyeing.

Do furniture items need assembly?
It varies by piece — the product page will tell you what's involved and whether hardware and instructions are included.
